Upon first logging into the application, you will see a screen like the one shown below.

The drag and drop interface features two ways to import your list: by either dragging and dropping your file anywhere in the browser window, or by clicking "Verify List".

The Forms Interface

The BriteForms interface can be accessed by clicking on the Forms tab in the main navigation.  This is where you will be able to add and manage your forms as well as view your conversion analytics.

Before you can get started with BriteForms you need to set up your first form, which includes adding a trusted domain. For information on how to setup your first form, please refer to our Setup Guide. 


The Help Interface

If you have any technical problems that you can't solve here, you can launch the help interface by clicking either the "Help" link in the upper right of the page, or the blue chat icon on the lower right of the page. This will launch the message window enabling you to ask a question to our support staff in (near) real time. 

You can find the help feature in either the top right, or bottom right sections of the interface.

You can read a message from our support staff by clicking on any of the conversations in the list. In addition to your support conversations, BriteVerify will periodically update you within the help window with new features and updates to our application.

Usage

The usage section is where you will see the total results for all your verifications combined, as well as total amount spent.

The search filters (located underneath the main navigation) give you the ability to narrow the usage results to specific time periods, as well as to the option to view only files or API verifications.

Account Settings

The Account Settings contains the following:

  • View / Edit user information
  • Change Password
  • View / Edit your BriteForms plan
  • View / Edit payment information
  • View your receipts
  • Manage integrations
  • View your API Key

Real-Time API

This is where you can test out our real-time API, find instructions on how to integrate this into your own applications, and explanations on the various responses, statuses, and error codes.
