Adding A New List
Drag and drop your email list anywhere on the screen to begin, or add the list manually by clicking the "Add Email List" button at the top of the page.
If you choose to add your list manually, you will have the option of selecting your file from your computer, or any of the supported cloud service apps. Currently BriteFiles has support for Dropbox, Box.com, Evernote, and Google Drive.
IMPORTANT NOTE: BriteFiles only supports CSV and TXT files. Instructions on how to convert your Excel files
After selecting your list, your file will be imported and we will present you a cost estimate based on the amount of emails in your list. After accepting the estimate, your file will begin verifying in real-time. Clicking on the card itself will open a detailed view of the verification process.
After the verification has completed, you will be able to download your completed, valid list. Clicking the blue arrow in the upper right corner will reveal 4 additional options:
- Download: This will download the completed file
- Share: Enables the file to be shared with others (See below)
- Save To: Enables the file to be saved to cloud storage
- Delete: Deletes the completed file
Sharing the File
Selecting the "Share" option will open the File Sharing dialog box. You will be given a link that can be shared with others, enabling them to view the file results and download the completed list. By default, the link is not password-protected, but you are able to create, change, or remove a password with the links at the bottom of the card.
